The Aerospace-Defense Business Developer is responsible for ensuring business development and sales growth within major AD accounts located in Western-Europe (markets include France, Germany, Spain, Italy and UK). You will be involved in the sales process for single and multi-region programs. This is not a Marketing / Business intelligence role, even though you may provide inputs or deliver some of the materials in these areas. 

The man objectives of the role are:
-    Develop mindshare and visibility in the European A/D customer community
-    Increase Keysight engagement in major A/D programs
-    Detect opportunities related to AD programs and drive Account Managers to close those opportunities
-    Ability to manage several multi-national programs/opportunities and further develop these across the region
-    Establish credibility of Keysight to address those opportunities

The key deliverables of this role are:
-    Manage main A/D programs with direct involvement of the sales force in the regions
-    Drive opportunities to the sales team, with the primary target being A/D segments where we have solutions in the areas of Satellite, EW / Radar and 5G / Cyber.
-    Align resources from the Business Unit to the largest opportunities identified

You will be measured on your ability to identify solutions opportunities, Solution Funnel development into Sales force, and overall Solution sales

Job Qualifications

Required skills :

-    Hunter and driver profile to successfully identify opportunities, with ability to collaborate across countries and with various parts of the organisation
-    Demonstrated experience in Business Development at an A/D program level.
-    Strong interest & recognized experience around A/D
-    Strong network/understanding of the AD industry
-    Understanding of A/D program and opportunities development process 
-    Great at engaging with customers and showing value add of solutions
-    Technical understanding of customers challenges and Keysight solution value
-    Experience in Test & Measurement solutions for Aerospace-Defense
