Reporting to the Regional Indirect sales Manager, the High Service Reseller Partner Manager will represent Keysight and will be accountable to manage the global and international distributors business relationship, drive partner sales performance and engagement to ensure customer success - the heart  of our Keysight Leadership Model (KLM). The successful candidate will be a skilled influencer able to provide leadership and grow Keysight business by enabling the assigned partners to maximize the sales, and customer reach. The objective  is to outperform competitors with providing superior business enablement support, gain brand preference within the partner Test & Measurement business, design and execute local sales and marketing initiatives, conduct joint customer visits to position our partnership value proposition.    

 

Goals: 

  • Achieve the assigned sell-out objectives by designing the sales and marketing strategy in support of the regional priorities 
  • Expand coverage and customer penetration by supporting the growing adoption of on-line purchases   
  • Ensure high Partner and customer satisfaction   
  • Report to the Distribution Channel Mgr feedback and recommendation to continuously enhance Keysight Indirect program to enable the business growth

Key KPI's include:

  • POS $ growth
  • Partner T&M business % share 
  • Indirect cusutomer and Partner satisfaction
  • Portfolio Management and optimisation

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent in e.g. electronic/electrical engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of  experience in managing high technology distribution channels 
  • Knowledge of general purpose oscilloscope market
  • Demonstrated techncal sales skills, and communication skills. Successful track record of achieving results and managing resources
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel (when possible)
  • eCommerce channel experience a plus
