Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding people oriented Customer Service Administrator for our team in Winnersh! 

You will be responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing and service representatives to handle a variety of post-sales service functions. You will solve complex administrative problems requiring breadth/depth of customer service knowledge.
You will be in charge of: 

  • Performing the administration support to our customers
  • Ensuring that we are managing the repair/calibration requests 
  • Act as point of contact for the support customers
  • Handling their enquiries
  • Handling customer escalations 
  • Ensuring quotation and invoicing requirements are met
Job Qualifications
  • Customer service experience, in a fast paced service environment.
  • Typically a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an administrative role
