Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding people oriented Customer Service Administrator for our team in Winnersh!

You will be responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing and service representatives to handle a variety of post-sales service functions. You will solve complex administrative problems requiring breadth/depth of customer service knowledge.

 

You will be in charge of:

  • Preforming the administration support to our customers, ensure that we are managing the repair/calibration requests
  • Point of contact for the support customers, handling their enquiries.
  • Handling customer escalations
  • Ensuring quotation and invoicing requirements are met.
Job Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Requires higher education or specialized training/certification related to customer service or administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically a minimum of 2 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • Requires extensive customer service and administration knowledge and skills to complete specialized tasks.

 

Skills:

  • Must have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle a plus
  • Must be detail-oriented and have excellent customer service, organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels.
  • Must be able to operate in a complex organization and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
