The global electronics manufacturing has seen growth over the past few years and Keysight is helping customers achieve business outcomes with our Industry 4.0 big data analytics solutions. 
The Software Solutions Team are in need of a Technical Customer Success Specialist to drive successful post-sales deployments and user experience throughout the lifecycle of the big data advanced analytics in electronic manufacturing applications. The TCSS is a hands-on expert, in close partnership with the field application team and R&D, to ensure a successful experience from setup to utilization of the portfolio for the customers. The TCSS will work with the Program Manager as part of the Customer Success Team to help our customers accelerate and achieve Return-Of-Investments that will drive renewal and revenue scale organically. The TCSS will combine deep technical knowledge of the domain and business requirements to drive priorities and problem resolutions that matters most to customer success and adoption.

•    Proficiency with Linux and Windows.
•    Ability to create/modify batch/shell scripts.
•    Knowledge of Java configuration troubleshooting.
•    Knowledge of Windows/Linux software/configuration troubleshooting.
•    Experience with data acquisition and ingestion.
•    Knowledge of networking knowledge/configuration.
•    Knowledge and hands on experience on cloud deployments.
•    Knowledge of Hadoop/kdb+ configuration and installation.
•    Experience with containers services in Docker/Kubernetes
•    Working closely with partner teams to identify & track dependencies required for client success.
•    Writing documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles in response to customer feedback.
•    Build and expand technical training material for field and customer.
•    Should be comfortable filing bugs and working with engineering to articulate problem scenarios for reproducing issues.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical/electronic/computer engineering or computer science.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience with customer success management with technical nature.
  • Customer outcome focussed
  • Ultimate team player to drive resolution on challenges in a cross-functional global organization.
  • Strong time and project management skills; extremely detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with external customers and users.
  • Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin will be a great bonus.
  • Prior experience or proven ability to successfully work in the field.
  • 10-30% world-wide travel when required (post Covid-19).
