Job Description

Candidate can have the option to work either in Singapore or at home country. 

  • Responsible for all activities involved in the 3rd party management of service logistics solutions within Supply Chain
  • Expert in end-to-end Supply Chain processes and proactively identify gaps & develop solutions in resolving the gaps with quantifies deliverables
  • Awareness of market benchmarking, driving logistics solutions that equipped with competitive advantage in gaining market share
  • Assessing automation solutions in the industry and propose an appropriate solutions that match with business model
  • Collaborate with various external/ internal cross function or operation team to achieve better customer experience with continuous cost optimization program
  • Establish effective operational processes to smoothen handshake model with cross functional with continuous improvements mind-set
  • Maintains metrics, reports, process documentation, or customer service logs
  • Enforces operational activities are compliant to various quality standard, business conduct, Import/ Export regulatory, company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or University Degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management or a related field
  • Typically 5-8 years logistics relevant experience
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently
  • Posses Leadership skill
  • Critical thinking and complex problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
