Provides customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with Keysight’s values, philosophies, policies and programs. Ensures country compliance on all HR matters.

A HR generalist who will be assisting the HR manager for the full spectrum of HR including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits; Employee Relations, Performance Management, Country compliance to local HR regulations in Singapore and emerging markets & HR business support to Keysight managers.

  • Assisting the HR Manager in development, implementation and improvement on HR polices & procedures
  • Assessing competitive practices and organization's competitive position for specific HR Benefit programs, developing recommendations for actions or programs, preparing reports and recommendations related to programs. Administrating benefits programs may include managing benefit vendors and liaison with the government on mandatory surveys & reporting etc.
  • Working hand-in-hand with HR Manager in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operational activities;
  • Providing HR business partnering advisory and support to Business units to meet business needs including performance management support, providing expert advice and guidance to business managers in all employee relations matters, new employee orientation etc
  • Supporting strategic HR business partnering by implementing solutions to support the business needs including merger & acquisition; teambuilding activities etc
  • Support the delivery of annual HR functional initiatives including the performance management process, site-wide employee engagements activities etc.
  • Other responsibilities include determining and developing approaches to human resources assignments; as well as leading HR projects requiring coordination with other functions, and solving a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent
  • Typically 4-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently
