Job Description
In the Keysight Service organization, our World Wide KeysightCare Technical and Application support (KTAS) team helps our to external customers and our strategic partners to solve technical inquiries related to Keysight instruments, software and solutions.
As part of the KeysightCare Business Process and Quality team you will be supporting the WW KTAS teams as well as participating and managing projects for our key initiatives and ensure their successful execution.
Duties & Responsibilities
• First level support for users at a regional level for the solution
• Does initial triage and troubleshooting of system & process issues
• Performs training & New user onboarding
• Leads business process-related projects,
• Defines and collaborates with IT to implement new functionality
• Owns regional and WW processes as well as its documentation
• Manages regional owned data (Entitlements, assets ...)
Job Qualifications
Essential Skills & Requirements
• Business Process / workflow knowledge
• Six sigma/Lean/process engineering experience
• SalesForce Service Cloud and Community knowledge
• Communication skills – Able to articulate issues and new functional needs in a structured manner
• Ability to understand basic systems logic
• Good documentation and training skills
• International experience and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Inventive, outside the box thinking/approach
• Model the highest standards of integrity, teamwork and very strong leadership.
• Provide a proven track record of positive, can-do attitude.
• Can communicate in English
Typically 2-5 years of experience to work in similar job
Desirables
• Knowledge and experience in wireless telecoms market –especially handset and network infrastructure testing
• Can communicate in Japanese
• Tackle problems of diverse technical and business scope where solutions require an out-of-box thinking.
• Effectively communicate at many levels of the organization across various functions.
