Job Description

 

  • Be involved in global R&D management improvement programs in the areas of good understanding of business & design process, requirement gathering, change management, and training.
  • Work with the global design teams regarding R&D process enhancements and improvements
  • Coordinate LEAN+ activities across multiple business and technical teams
  • Support management of business processes and governance by evaluating and mapping existing business processes and systems using a process mapping tool
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and standardization
  • Contribute to the development of a sustainable continuous process improvement framework to increase R&D & operational efficiency
  • Analyse data related to business processes and create basic reporting and metrics
  • Provide administrative support to worldwide R&D director and assist in coordination of key activities/events.
  • Troubleshoot issues with existing processes and systems
  • Support launches of new design initiatives/programs and global R&D operations initiatives and activities
  • Work on a variety of operational activities, especially quarter-end support
Job Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience working as an executive administrator, business analyst or Process analyst within a technology company or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent; Diploma or Secretarial studies with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Great communication, problem-solving, customer oriented mindset, passionate and engaging skill.
  • Ability to work extended hours during periods of high demand
  • Experience evaluating data, working with reporting tools, and expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT) is very important. Ability to create innovative slide presentations in PowerPoint is a huge plus.
