Job Description
  • Develop and lead business growth programs for Service Providers in the region
  • Establish executive level relations with key stakeholders / decision makers in Service Provider accounts in the region
  • Design solution blueprints for Service Provider accounts that can be leveraged by sales teams for business growth
  • Identify key technological and market trends pertinent to Service Providers, leverage them to define long term solution roadmaps
  • Identify key challenges Service Providers face and define plans to better address them with existent and future product portfolio
  • Collect key customer requirements and drive individual product roadmaps with Product Owners
  • Support sales efforts esp. in the areas of strategic account management and solution positioning

Skillset needed:

  • This is a senior position; experience and working knowledge of Service Provider customers and marketplace is key
  • Well established business relations with key stakeholders for Service Provider accounts in the region
  • Fast learner – proven ability to quickly learn networking different technologies
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem solving and can-do attitude a must
  • Cellular networking industry experience: min 10yrs
  • Business development/ proven business acumen: min 5yrs
  • Ability to work in a diverse team and communicate effectively across functions (Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, etc.)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within region
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • Typically 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. Post-graduate and/or certification/ license may be required.
  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
  • Not a natural progression from Advanced/Senior level.
