Job Description

Provides process support for Channel business in a sales office. Responds to partners’ inquiries and acts as a liaison with product divisions, business centers and other internal entities to provide or gather information. Maintains tracking of systems and tools usage based on Channel business process. Other areas of support may include direct communication with partners to help them train and perform new programs or processes. Regularly produces or assists with the production of sales reports to organize Partners’ sales performance.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and skills to use systems and tools for Channel business process 
  • Skillful IT capability to analyze large quantitative data 
  • More than a bachelor's degree equivalent
  • Fluency in English writing, reading, speaking and listening
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with accountability to meet the commitments
  • Ability to clear and effective communication
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience
