Job Description
  • Responsible for HR related operation by working together with Asia Pacific Human Resources which including learning and development, benefits program,  employee on boarding and offboarding and other HR related administration tasks.
  • Support employee enquiries on HR process and guidelines according to HR policy
  • Liaise with HR vendors for HR operation work per local law and company guideline
  • Update employee handbook/policy
  • Support Korea Benefit reimbursement administration
  • Support local HR Audit and government related initiatives
  • Support workers’ councils and unions as local liaison 
  • Works on HR assignments and delivers as per timeline committed.
Job Qualifications
  • Degree holder with good skills in administative, analytical, managing, prioritizing and organizing work
  • Computer skills especially knowledge in advacned Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to work as a team, independently and accurately with attention to details, flexible and willing to learn will be the key factros for consideration
  • A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and the ability to work independently
