As a Semiconductor Process Development Intern, you will apply your semiconductor process and device coursework to a variety of focused hands-on projects. You will be part of a world-class team creating state-of-the-art III-V semiconductor technologies. Projects may relate to semiconductor process development and improvement, as well as capital equipment qualification and release to production for both wafer fab and die fab processes. This is an opportunity to develop real-world experience in a company that is a leader in the markets it serves.

Job Qualifications

Completion of B.S. degree and attending graduate school in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or Physics
•    Experience with advanced semiconductor processes and devices is required and specific skills in III-V semiconductor processing is preferred.

•    Hands-on lab experience in semiconductor lithography, deposition, etch, plasma processing, wafer thinning, dicing, and sort is highly desired. 

•    Experience with statistical process control and design of experiments is a valued qualification.

•    Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills for successful inter and intra-group interactions.

•    Must be highly motivated to accomplish all the tasks required to meet aggressive product development schedules and world class manufacturing expectations
