<span style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">  As an Intern, you will apply your knowledge and skill acquired from coursework and research to helping develop the next generation of architecture and heterogeneous integration of Keysight compound semiconductor IC’s.  Process development efforts will focus on metal plating, metal and dielectric CMP, lithography, ILD dry etching, etc. At the same time, you will gain and apply knowledge about Keysight's industry, infrastructure and products in your assignment.  This is developing real world experience in a company that is a leader in the markets it serves. 


<span style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">  This is a longer-term internship with a minimum 6-month engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • <span style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">Pursuing a BS or MS in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or similar field.
  • <span style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">Experience with advanced microelectronics processes is essential. 
  • <span style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">Experience with electrical test, materials characterization and device modeling software is highly desired. 
  • <span style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">Specific skills in III-V device physics and processing are desirable.
  • <span style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills for successful inter-group and intra-group interactions.
  • <span style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">Must be highly motivated to accomplish all the tasks required to meet aggressive product development schedules and world class manufacturing expectations.
