Job Description

Keysight Technologies is the leading test and measurement company in the world. Within Keysight, Keysight Laboratories is focusing on the development of state-of-the-art monolithic millimeter-wave integrated circuits (MMICs) and subsystems that provide Keysight’s test and measurement products with a competitive advantage in performance and cost. As an R&D IC Engineer at Keysight Technologies, you will apply your IC design knowledge and experience to design MMICs that enable Keysight’s next generation of measurement/test equipment. To identify what MMICs are needed in current and future Keysight instruments you will be involved in system-level analysis to identify the needed MMIC performance with respect to the overall system requirements. Participate in<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> full design life cycle (take specs, convert to implementation for given process)/layout, EM simulation, verification (DRC/LVS) and measurement (coaxial fixtures or wafer level)/ then documenting results (report or datasheet). 

Job Qualifications
  • BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in analog and RF MMIC design using advanced semiconductor processes 
  • Will consider new graduate with specific course work and training in RF MMIC design using advanced semiconductor processes
  • Experience in system level analysis 
  • Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to work in dynamic environment as part of multiple teams working on multiple projects
  • Must be highly motivated to accomplish all the tasks required to meet aggressive product development schedules and world class manufacturing expectations.
  • Experience in using the following tools is a plus: ADS, Momentum, EMPro, SystemVue
  • Experience in PCB board design is a plus
