Job Description

We are looking for an excited and motivated intern to learn about our company through various optimization projects. You will work closely with the operations industrial engineering team, understanding complex flows through a semiconductor fabrication process and helping to create simulation models to further streamline production.
Job Qualifications
To be a successful intern, you should have the desire to learn the intricacies of manufacturing processes to better optimize them, be self-motivated, and be able to take tasks assigned to you to completion. You will be heavily involved in the simulation project and looking for other avenues of process improvement inside the semiconductor wafer fab.
Responsibilities:
- Completing tasks assigned to you by your lead or management team
- Developing process flows for modeling the fab in simulation software
- Provide feedback as to additional process optimizations opportunities
- Attending necessary meetings
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Industrial or Mechanical engineering degree
- Desire to look for process optimization opportunities
- Familiarity with coding, not required
