NPI Program Director

Semiconductor Infrastructure Solutions (SIS) is the market leader in high precision, laser interferometer systems used in the most advanced semiconductor lithography systems. We are looking for a leader to manage NPI ramps across functional teams for a critical customer technical program in this growing business.

Responsibilities

a) Manage NPI projects to meet schedule commitments across functions to reach high volume production.  Ability to lead complex NPI programs both large and small in a demanding semiconductor equipment environment. 
b) Develop relationships and work directly with key customers at a technical level across customer’s management and R&D teams.  Work directly with and develop relationships with field sales teams.  
c) Manage product life cycle for newly introduced products and customer change request for existing products.  
d) Develop strategies and implement plans to further optimize the NPI ramp while mitigating risks and managing to resolve surprises along the way.
e) Develop new product definitions and roadmaps covering multiple R&D programs.   Align customer roadmaps and new product development to optimize long term revenues, profit and shareholder value. 
f) Investigate new opportunities to enter new markets and/or increase product content for existing customers.
g) Work in close conjunction with R&D, manufacturing, finance, and senior management.
h) Be a key member of the SIS team setting strategy for the business. 
 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree in Engineering or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years related experience as a manager or cross functional leader, with typically 5 to 10 years experience in semiconductor lithography, inspection or metrology.
  • Requires strong management skills. 
  • Requires technical expertise in engineering. 
  • Optics, electronics, lasers, and systems are preferred.
