Americas Wafer Test Solutions Sales Manager

Exciting sales leadership position in Keysight to lead our Americas sales staff (account mangers and application engineers) to drive growth in our Wafer Test Solutions business.  Today Keysight is the market leader in providing parametric test solutions to many of the worlds leading semiconductor companies.  This position will lead our sales and support team to not only protect but grow our business in this segment as companies look to adopt new on-wafer test methodologies.  The primary accountability for this position is exceeding sales target and driving growth in market share.  Leading the team to develop effective global account plans is another key responsibility of this role as many of the global semiconductor companies drive their test strategy from the Americas.  This position will also be responsible for driving top line growth and bottom-line profitability in our Americas Wafer Test Solutions Service and Support business.    Candidate will also be responsible for hiring and developing the sales and application engineering staff needed to drive growth for this business.  Although this is an Americas wide position, priority will be given to candidates willing to locate in Northern California, Texas (Dallas/Austin), or Northeast – closer to many of our semiconductor customers.

Job Qualifications

Ideal candidate would have a proven track record (5+ years) of success in the following areas:

  • Selling high value complex system solutions in a very competitive business environment. 
  • Implementing effective global account plans
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Semiconductor and/or ATE industry expertise  
  • Passion to grow and develop themselves and others
