Job Description

Tests, calibrates/validates and repairs electronic or analytical instruments, products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy. Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company. Work is typically performed at an Keysight site but occasionally is performed at a customer location. Interprets customer requirements and potential needs to meet customer satisfaction goals. ? Works on service support assignments with clearly defined objectives ? Performs technical duties that may require use of judgment ? Solves test, repair, calibration and refurbishment problems which require technical knowledge

Job Qualifications

? May require some higher education or specialized training/ certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience. ? No prior experience required. ? Move to next level as knowledge gained and demonstrated ability to work more independently.
