Job Description

 

Keysight’s Services Sales organization has a great opportunity for the right individual to become part of an exciting and dynamic team!

The Customer Success and Renewals expert demonstrates proven and disciplined sales methodologies and is responsible for the renewal of existing agreements and the upselling and cross-selling of the Keysight Portfolio to the entire customer organization, from technicians to executives.

As a trusted advisor to our customers, you influence long-term strategic direction, whilst building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure the timely and effective renewal of existing customers' agreements.

You lead the development and disciplined execution of the agreement renewal strategy for the assigned territory to generate business growth opportunities.

Navigating complex selling processes you proactively lead customers through the sales process to close deals.

You explore and understand complex customer requirements on a business and technical level to engage, educate, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You develop outstanding account plans with a deep knowledge of the Keysight services portfolio to build a strong funnel of incremental business.

You work with our strategic and Major Accounts and will own and drive the renewals strategy for all product lines. Used to negotiating and closing $1M + deals

 

What is your assignment?

You will be responsible for the renewals within France.

You cover most of the Keysight businesses and are the specialist within Keysight (for your colleagues) and for the customer when it comes to Renewals Driving communication with the Customers, Account Managers with whom you align strategies, and Keysight technical staff to ensure continued customer success – the heart of our Keysight Leadership Model. 

You will be part of a newly developed European team, and you will be responsible for the results of your own business. And you close deals.

  • Demonstrated experience - track record in disciplined execution of a renewals process including complex funnel management to enable reaching and exceeding sales goals in a renewals business and accelerating business growth
  • Proactive - to ensure a timely renewals process
  • Strategic - scheduled approach to selling; driven by disciplined execution and proactive proven sales methodologies and mentality
  • Leadership mindset - lead Customer Business Reviews and other Sales related projects requiring coordination with partner organizations within the business
  • Goal-driven - develops strong relationships inside and outside the company and drives for robust internal partnerships and collaborations cross-functionally
  • Win/win attitude with sound judgment and resource management
  • Collaborative - partner with sales colleagues, the business center, marketing, and delivery teams to maximize business results and create growth opportunities
  • Ability to continually assess and understand customer's business initiatives and identify issues/opportunities, that the customer may not even be aware of, where Keysight’s portfolio can provide significant value in helping them to achieve their business goals
  • Curious/Learning mindset with a fierce and unwavering desire to know and learn more about their customer and their profession
