As part of the Automotive and Energy Business Unit, Keysight initiated an autonomous drive emulation program (ADE)  together with dedicated partners. This role specifically focuses on autonomous vehicle technologies within the ADE program for European customers.

Responsible for the development of market/product line business plans and strategic marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments, identify volume and strategic customers, and develop partnerships. Requires the ability to analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentation. Enables sales by identifying and developing business opportunities and providing information and support for the sales force. May be responsible for interfacing with customers through company channels marketing program. Pre-sales duties include providing pricing information and communicating schedule changes and product enhancements to distributors, OEMs and resellers. Post-sales duties include resolving issues such as researching status of customers’ orders, providing information on possible product problems and resolving shipping, scheduling and prioritization problems. May perform short-term sales forecasting for designated product lines.

•    Leads the design/ delivery of new programs/ processes/ services; is the key technical contributor
•    Solves complex, high impact program/ process/ project design/ development problems


Job Responsibilities

•    Be responsible for the development of AV portfolio related business plans and strategic customer engagements to support sales in designated market segments and ensure customer success - the heart of our Keysight Leadership Model
•    Identify and drive AV opportunities to grow the AV business, penetrate the market and gain market share
•    Find and develop strategic and emerging customers in order to build partnerships, cultivate and maintain relationships with business partners on all levels
•    Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities (Autonomous Driving, Connected Car etc.), develop strategic direction from market information/indications, and create compelling market analysis presentations
•    Act as interface between customers and Automotive and Energy Solution Business Unit
•    Lead sales engagements and business development projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers and third parties
•    Develop and execute NPI strategies and share knowledge and insights with stakeholders

Job Qualifications

General Requirements

•    Bachelor's/Master's Degree or above in Electrical, Communication, Computer, Automotive, etc. Engineering related majors or equivalent 
•    Ability through understanding of typically use cases combined with professional consulting to transform complex customer needs and requirements into an end-to-end solution proposal
•    A customer-first and holistic solution-oriented mindset with positive and aggressive sales-oriented attitude
•    Strong communication, time management, stakeholder management skills with ability to work independently
•    Demonstrated rapid skill development for both technical as well as business aspects
•    Ability to work in a multi-discipline, international, cross-functional teams


Job Specific 

•    Typically more than 8 years of relevant work experience with a specific focus on Automotive applications (e.g. In-vehicle-networks, Connected Car) in a customer focused environment
•    Deep understanding of and a good network into the Automotive ecosystem (Chipset Manufactures, OEMs, Tier1s, System Integrator) from R&D to Mfg
•    Proven, well-founded knowledge in automotive sensor technology such as LiDAR, RADAR camera etc. from component until system level
•    Expertise in simulation, RF, mm-wave and RADAR technology is an advantage
•    Deep understanding of development processes according to the V-model including experiences in SiL, HiL and ViL testing
•    Specific knowledge about Automotive related standards for AV like NCAP and others
