Job Description:-

In this position, you will be responsible for leading and providing support to the Sales Incentive Compensation program and system setup to ensure effectiveness and competitiveness. You will also be supporting and supervising the Sales Incentive Compensation operation and the Business team to operate in accordance with the company’s values, philosophies, policies and programs.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide support to the design and implementation of sales compensation plans, policies, and processes. Work with management & various parties on all strategic compensation initiatives, sales policy simplification, and improve our internal processes in alignment with Keysight’s compensation philosophy and strategy.
  • Partnering with various function area to evaluate sales compensation program and determine actions required to deliver sales compensation setup, administration, accruals and reporting through Oracle Incentive Compensation System.
  • Provide support in analysis on plan design approaches and initiate or recommend new/ customized approaches to deliver accurate and efficient setup/data upload/pay support with reviews and controls.
  • Partnering with IT by providing system End-to-End compensation design setup testing, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions for implementation.
  • Provide support in performing the required archive on the activities managed that meet and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
  • Create and deploy analytics and data visualization capabilities to provide insights to sales leaders to determine how our sales employees are getting paid relative to business performance and if our plans are driving the expected behaviours.
  • Assess and provide critical insights into sales compensation plan effectiveness assessment through data analysis of relevant compensation, HR, and quota attainment data.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering, Sciences) with minimum practical experience of 4+ years.
  • Strong communication skills and proficient in English
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Logical and creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong MS Excel skills with use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, charts, and other Microsoft Office Suites (MS Access, MS PowerPoint). 
  • Hands-on skills with Power Query/Power BI would be an added advantage.
  • Acquire a sense of business control, analytical and problem-solving skills, project management skills, and leadership skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing urgencies and taking on ad-hoc assignments.
  • Ability to work independently and result-orientated.
  • Experience in sales compensation administration or related functions would be an added advantage
