Job Description

Keysight Global Operations Sales organization, Customer Experience team is looking for a Global Business Process Manager to enable new business processes and capability to support business strategies while ensuring for business continuity within the enterprise and Field business owned applications. You will be providing leadership support for the Field contribution to approved Plan of Record (POR) and prioritized NON-POR projects and programs including:

•    Support promotion and submission of POR initiatives
•    Assessment on the impact of cross functional submissions
•    Manage the alignment and commitment of required Field resources/expertise across multiple teams in collaboration with Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO) and Global Customer Experience Group (gCEG)/Field Program and Global Business Services.
1. Manage expectations and related engagement as needed among Field stakeholders. 
2. Establishes functional business plans and provides for the development and alignment of business process, people, products, programs and services to achieve organizational objectives. 
3. Ensures effective management and delivery of business process, services and solutions in support of the organization’s business objectives.  Manage to standard, globally rationalized process states whenever possible with clear understanding of and ensuring for the desired customer experience.
4. Responsible for field performance and escalations for assigned projects/programs.  Assume Program Mgmt. Office or Steering committee roles assignment as needed.
5. Lead, develop and nurture a team of BPA in meeting the current and future need of local and global field operation.
Critical Knowledge & Skills:
•    People Management skill.  Ability to lead and develop Business PA.
•    Communication skill.  Ability to influence and communicate to difference audience in different functions and different levels
•    Process and Technical skill on global and local process. 
•    Solutioning.  Identify and develop solution for existing and future operation need. Ability to model and present alternate solution.
•    Project Management skill.  Ability to define a viable project plan.  Support and lead new methodologies in project execution.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors or master’s degree or University Degree (Engineer, IT, Computer Science, Business) or equivalent. Min 10 years of experience as people manager.
  • Min 10 years of practical experience in Operations/Project Management with Min 5 years involved in Global projects.
  • Experience in working in multi-cultural environment
  • Experience in cross-functional projects
  • Technical leadership and experience in enterprise platform environments
  • Experience in new methodologies such as Agile/SCRUM approach
