We are looking to hire a self-motivated individual to help drive web marketing. This exciting opportunity is for a talented Web Digital Transformation-Expert who should have a business focus but with a deep understanding of web site infrastructure and architecture. The candidate will be responsible for communicating Marketing business requirements to the IT Web Architect with the end goal of developing flexible and expandable infrastructure and system solutions in support of team objectives as well as providing an excellent customer experience to end-users. The candidate will be responsible for the overall content and data plan to support web content requirements. 

 

This position requires that the candidate remain abreast of the latest web concepts and technologies and possess expertise and experience in designing and implementing flexible and expandable solutions using standard web architecture.

Candidate should have excellent analytical skills, ability to think through business problems, understand business requirements, and translate them into clear, precise, easy to read functional specifications. Candidate should have the ability to plan the use and re-use of content, data, and web functions. Candidate should be able to apply analytical thought processes to different business requirements and to propose functional solutions that solve the problem in a scalable, flexible, and cost-effective manner. Candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, possess strong written and verbal skills from both business and technical perspectives, and possess extremely strong attention to detail.

 

Key capabilities and requirements:

  • You would analyze and optimize our websites about the page architecture/structure, internal links, site speed, crawlability, user experience, user interfaces, and content, etc., including quality assurance.
  • Study the web behavior, monitor marketing performance on our web pages, and determine performance potential. Understand web traffic drivers and provide key metrics for the success of various traffic channel.
  • You would need to be proactive and accurately provide actionable recommendations to enhance web page marketing performance.
  • Use web analytical tools to make data-driven recommendations for our websites and coordinate between teams to implement recommended improvements. 
  • Identify trends, discover KPIs, and bring new ideas to the table that provide recommendations that enhance web marketing performance.
  • Work closely with the analytics team and generate and maintain web marketing metrics and dashboards for the company web site. Digital analytics experience would be an added advantage.
  • Perform day-to-day data operations as per the schedule and timelines. Must be a resourceful and detail-oriented team player who has had success in working with cross-functional teams/projects.
Job Qualifications

Skills required:

  • BS/BA in Business Marketing/IT/Technology with 7+ years of relevant and demonstrated work experience in managing B2B web marketing. Strong skills in digital/web marketing/advertising/design.
  • Ability to work in high energy, collaborative environment. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
  • Must have hands-on experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to share ideas effectively.
  • Proven success in managing web project deliverables
  • Proven prototyping skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to propose multiple alternative solutions, with pros/cons justifications
  • Strong coordination skills, ability to coordinate project activities with other functional, development and QA teams, and lead small teams as necessary
  • Excellent learning skills. Ability to pro-actively learn new technology capabilities and their applications to solve different business problems. Ability to quickly pick up and learn new business processes
  • Ability to multi-task on multiple projects working with different teams, and be nimble, efficient and quick
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

 

Position can be based anywhere in the US or Canada
