Job Description
Keysight is expanding the engineering team and is looking for a Senior FPGA Engineer. Join us and work in a focused technical team creating industry-leading test equipment primarily for the WiFi test industry.
As a Senior FPGA Engineer, you will play a key role in defining and developing products for testing leading-edge wireless internet communication equipment. This position offers the opportunity to directly contribute to product line success. We develop innovative test solutions for wireless networks. For our RF communications and protocols, we develop industry leading FPGA design processes and methods. Our products enable our clients to conduct control and computation at full line rates. At the same time the measurements maintain instrumentation-quality. As an integral part of a product development team, you will work closely with embedded system software engineers, hardware engineers, and manufacturing engineers at all stages of product development and product launch.

Requirements
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering or related technical field, a Master´s will work well
- At least 6 years of working experience in FPGA development
Furthermore, we are hoping you will bring:
- Experience with RTL coding for ASICs, FPGAs and bus functional models
- Proficiency in design flow including items such as RTL/gate level simulation, synthesis, place and route
- Experience with design and verification of complex RTL blocks
- Advanced working knowledge of SystemVerilog, Verilog; additional languages are a plus (VHDL, C, Make, Python and/or other scripting languages)
- Working knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems
- Ability to work in a disciplined engineering process, and ability to deliver work products that are free of defects
- Background in hands-on debug and validation experience in a lab environment
- Ability to document systems, including identification of interfaces and module requirements
- Very good spoken and written English (B2-C1)
• Working knowledge of the 802.11 family of standards and/or Ethernet
