Job Description
Provides administrative support in one or more of several specialty areas including Business Support, Financial Planning and Reporting, Accounting Services and Centralized Transaction. Monitors processes and the effectiveness of business controls and initiates improvements. Ensure proper control, recording and classification of transactions. Uses accounting and financial systems and tools to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries.
- Determines and develops approaches to administrative accounting assignments
- Responsible for accounting or finance tasks which require planning and judgment
- Solves a broad range of technical accounting or finance problems varying in scope and complexity
Job Qualifications
- May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically minimum of 3 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
