Internal Job Description
FBIS, being the hiring organization, is an integral part of Finance organization of Keysight, which is focused on providing the ERP and BI product, process and project management expertise to consult, develop and deliver solutions that meet our internal customer's present and future business needs. FBIS is primarily engaged in Plan of Record (POR) process management and solution investment benchmarking & recommendations; and overall project management comprising business requirements analysis, functional solution design, partnering with IT teams for solution development, testing and solutions deployment.
The candidate should have work experience in Project Management for financial modules, primarily in Oracle EBS especially in the areas of Intercompany, GL, with understanding of linkages with OneStream Consolidation tool and BI reporting. Demonstrated experience in financial process re-engineering and improvement initiatives. Overall very good grounding in Finance functions.
Job Description
Analyze, solution design and execute design, development and deployment of ERP and BI solutions including related business processes.
- Provide ERP and process expertise and consultancy to Operations to achieve next level process optimization.
- Ensure effective management of change associated with ERP financial process changes - including enhancements, fixes and documentation.
- Ensure integration of solutions throughout the key business flow with an end-to-end solution
Measures of Success
- Increase customer satisfaction : Effective, efficient Customer consulting by identifying and recommending the innovation/improvement ideas for solutions
- Increase speed to opportunity : Build/increase FBIS capability, capacity & flexibility, Contribution to FBIS University and Progress per plan on individual development plan
- Leverage the operating model : Zero compliance issues for process and application design, signoff by sox lead and zero audit issues
- Accelerate growth : Complete your assigned projects on time, in scope and within resource plan, utilizing project management toolkit
Job Qualifications
External Qualifications : Certified Accountant (CA/ICWA/CPA//CFA or equivalent) / MBA (Finance).
Work Experience : 3-4 years post qualification experience in Project Management for financial modules, primarily in Oracle ERP especially in the areas of InterCompany, GL with undrstanding of linkages with OneStream consolidationa and BI reporting tools.
