We are looking for a Technical/Application Support Engineer to provide post-sales support and develop the support strategy for new products.


  • Use technical, scientific knowledge ,product expertise and programming skills to research and resolve application and product support questions. Often requires direct interaction with customers in addition to Keysight Field Engineers, Application Engineers, and Technical Call Center personnel
  • Provide pre-sales & post-sales consulting on technical issues related to product function, specifications and measurement applications.
  • For new products ensure support plans, repair levels, and production support requirements are developed and implemented.
  • Interact with marketing, sales, technical support, QA, manufacturing, product development, and external customers to define product requirements. Insure cost, supportability, reliability, and schedule targets are met.
  • Responsibilities may include writing product/process user documentation and developing/delivering training to internal Keysight technical support teams and external customers.
  • May be assigned additional technical marketing assignments with clearly defined objectives and scope


Job Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

• Up to 2 years’ relevant experience preferred; however, no previous experience required.

• Experience with Visual Studio, C #, C++ programming desired.
