This position is to be part of our Keysight Global Service Organization (KGSO), which helps customers manage test instruments across the instruments' lifecycles - calibration, repair, technology refresh, asset management, consulting, training and product purchase alternatives - to guarantee their success, the heart of our Keysight Leadership Model (KLM)


The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our customers by delivering best in class calibration and service for a number of products mainly from our Service Center or on-site using Keysight’s Test solutions and methods. You should be interested in solving technical problems, be service minded and be able to communicate well with both customers and colleagues.  The majority of the training will be “on the job” training at our Service Center in Kista (one of 30 globally), so you will need to be motivated with a growth mind-set.


The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Perform calibration of electronical measurement equipment, inhouse and on-site at customers
  • Be able to follow written technical instructions
  • Assist the Sales Team as needed; proactively look for growth opportunities
  • Mainly calibrate but also repair customer equipment in a timely, thorough, and professional manner
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address difficult repair situations and escalations
  • Deliver and pick-up customer and Keysight equipment
  • Determine and develop approaches to the varied assignments associated with this position
  • Lead field services and support projects requiring coordination with other functions and customers

Job Qualifications



  • Have previous experience working with Electronic measurement equipment
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Flexible working hours per customer commitments, with the ability to travel at short-notice
  • Flexibility to travel across Sweden and Internationally when required 
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to travel via car



  • Service-minded and with a growth mindset
  • Electrical, Electronic and Electromechanical techniques and skills knowledge.
  • Knowledge of in-circuit, functional and automated test technologies and techniques would be advantageous.  
  • Good working knowledge of MS Windows OS and networking. 
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a logical manner.  
  • Be self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
