Job Description

Keysight Technologies, is seeking experienced Territory Manager / Channel Account Manager, preferably from the same industry. The incumbent to this position will be entrusted with driving and managing sales of T&M products collaboratively through a combination of his own selling skills in high technology products, applications and solutions area while building on and leveraging on the Indirect Channel Partner organisation to deliver reach and customer proximity. A balanced combination of experience in selling high value high performance solutions and indirect channel management is critical for success of the incumbent for growth within the business district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beat territory Plan for High-end Performance products & solutions sales
  • Build & grow Keysight business through Direct Sales and through ATR Channel partners
  • Understand end customer’s buying process, influence points, drivers, Measures of Success & how these drive customer’s decision process. Work through the KDM. Deliver sustained competitive advantage through differentiation and Value creation.
  • Effectively manage customer relationships at all levels. Comfortable with calling high
  • Map accounts and allied ecosystems to build and convert funnel. Identify new markets, aggressively acquire new customers with key focus in Industrial, Govt. & Aerospace Defense segments
  • Identify Partners, develop and skill up / train raising their technical level equipping to sell high end performance solutions to meet customer needs
  • Facilitate Channel motivation and capture mindshare by regularly engaging partner/team
  • Collate and work through Partner funnel, forecast and POS data to build own reports
  • Identify and execute targeted customer engagement co-op programs through Marketing focused on funnel building
  • Work cohesively with AE, BD, Marketing, Biz Center and allied cross-functional teams with a focus on getting the job done

  • Technical acumen for bleeding edge High performance technology products, solutions and services across sellable hardware and software platforms with an aim to be self-sufficient.
  • Quick learner to gain insights into customer’s Industry Segment and area of work. Consultative Solutions selling approach with an eye for solving customer’s problems. Astute sales skills to anticipate & uncover customer’s real needs, investigate underlying causes / biz drivers and map the correct Keysight solution uniquely to meet these.
  • Proficient in skilling up  / training and knowledge sharing with Partners and customers
  • Happy to work in synergy with Channel Partners with measurable value add
  • Work with cross functional teams to strike balance with meeting organisation’s goals and growing the Partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication
Job Qualifications

BE, ME or equivalent working in the Electronics technology area with 5+ years relevant experience and overall experience of 8+ years. Relevant experience in Test & Measurement Industry is desirable / a distinct advantage. Sales experience in Industry & Market Segments like Aerospace Defense, High Speed Serial, Embedded Design, Power Electronics, EMS, etc. in Government and Private sectors essential. Domain knowledge in RF & uWave essential & in Digital & Wireless Communications desirable. Knowledge of Sales Force beneficial.
