Let’s rid the world of bad software. We are looking for a new Software Solutions Engineer. With AI, automated software testing and real user intelligence, Keysight Eggplant lets you enhance the quality, time-to-market and user experiences. 
We save lives, working with Olympus to ensure continuous care in our work with healthcare organizations delivering reliable medical equipment.
We deliver reliable carrier network services, working with NTT Docomo to deliver high quality phone and mobile internet services across all types of smartphones.
We deliver financial independence, by working with Aflac to allow millions of smartphone users who have never had an insurance account to manage their policies.
We create amazing gaming experiences, by working with Konami to make sure gamers are enjoying a smooth game play, across all consoles and devices.  
We are a global company serving more than 650 enterprise customers in over 30 countries. 

•    Solution Engineer will carry out the following tasks to the best of their skill and ability:
•    Discovery and Analysis – understand the environment the prospect has, what pains they are facing, so we can effectively present on those to WOW them
•    Presentations, demos and evangelism
•    POV/POC prepare, present and execution
•    Solution design/architecture
•    RFPs



Job Qualifications

•    3-5 years’ experience working as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, Pre-sales Engineer or in a similar role.
•    Knowledge of the SDLC, DevOps pipelines, test automation, and some scripting would be advantageous.
•    Track record of supporting and winning software deals.
•    Good command of reporting and project management tools.
•    Numeric degree or similar.
•    Your communication and interpersonal skills allow you to work with clients, partners, executives and providers successfully: you can present & persuade, provide insights, handle complaints, resolve conflict, influence others to get support and get the job done, even when time is scarce.
•    You are creative and like to think outside the box when solving problems or designing solutions.
•    You are able to travel 30-50% of your time, once we've found "a new normal". In the meantime, you are using digital and virtual tools and channels to move projects forward with our clients. 
•    Japanese and English communication skills are needed.
