Job Description
  • Bring/List used equipment to the online store.
  • End to end customer support from offer to shipment monitoring.
  • Warranty, accessories, quoting and Order Fulfillment knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Responsible for order submission.
  • Service requests and customer escalation handling.
  • Drive and identify promotion campaigns for used equipment on store (together with Marketing).
  • Create awareness for Keysight Remarketing Services (KRS) eChannel offerings.
  • Engage with Japanese field to expand/increase used equipment sales.
  • Long term: Identify new opportunities to re-market used equipment.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or Technical field.
  • Must be fluent in English and Japanese language.
  • Familiarity with Test & Measurement products and industry is an added advantage.
  • e-Commerce experience especially Rakuten would be preferred.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • General business and finance business knowledge.
  • Quality and customer orientation.
  • Eager to innovate in a dynamic environment.
