Job Description
A proactive, go getter and an enthusiastic Project Manager required for understanding, supporting and executing test related activities for Salesforce Functional enhancements/changes using Agile test methodology. Primary activities will include:
- Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud expert having 10+ years’ experience of working extensively in Salesforce implementation (at least 2-3), upgrade, support projects. Functional in depth knowledge of Salesforce modules like Leads, Opportunity, Forecasting, Accounts, Contacts
- Good experience in preparing, updating and maintaining requirement documents like MD50 and MD70
- In-depth knowledge of cloud-based applications like Salesforce, CPQ & ERPs like Oracle, Siebel
- Ability to lead/ deliver projects independently working with various cross functional stakeholders like IT teams (for development), Finance, Tax, Logistics team. This also requires an ability to understand the process stream map for Order management and know the Quote-2-Cash flow, especially Quotes, opportunities, Leads & other pre-sales business activities.
- Good to have - Good troubleshooting skills related to resolving day to day Salesforce issues
- Good to have - Good understanding of testing lifecycle, testing tools & processes. Good working understanding of Regression test, retrofit test, e2e test, user experience test types.
Job Qualifications
- The person should be a graduate from any recognized university preferably in computers stream with an overall working experience of 10+ years in Project Management, preferably managing Order Management, Cloud based applications testing (Salesforce, CPQ etc.)
- Manage projects related to Salesforce which may include new functionality, process improvements or migrating new business units onto the systems. Preferably a project manager with experience in delegation of work & managing deliverables functionally
- Stakeholder Interaction, communication and managing stakeholder expectations in accordance with scope, time and effort.
- Ability to think analytically and be a problem solver
- Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written)
