Job Description

This position is for a Field Engineer (FE), for the Keysight Mexico Sales Team.

This role will be responsible for managing territory accounts and to support programs, to maximize sales for Keysight.

The position will have its own accounts, included in the Mexico North West territory, which is made up of the states of Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sonora and Sinaloa, the employee will preferably be based in the city of Tijuana, BC. Mexico

Primary areas of responsibility:

  • To work on sales assignments with clearly defined objectives, techniques.
  • Responsible to promote and sell solutions to current or new customers and informs them of new product introductions, through the generation, implementation and execution of a sales business plan, over the short to medium term.
  • Exceeding quota for their assigned territory, maximizing sales to end-customers,
  • Anticipate customer needs, investigate underlying causes and identify short term or long term solutions.
  • Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction. Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, embraces complex leads to convert it in firm orders
  • Be the voice of the customer within Keysight, and at the same time, represents the company to the customer, within sales-oriented activities.
  • Engagements across all levels of the organizations, both internally and externally, management of all operational and contractual processes while ensuring 100% compliance.
  • Solves problems from minimal scope and complexity up high impact problems
Job Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.

Typically + 5 years relevant experience for entry to this level.

Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.
