Job Description

This opportunity is part of our Global Services Organization, which helps customers manage test instruments and find ways to maximize their asset usage, streamline their engineering operations, and achieve lower costs. Support is provided throughout the instrument lifecycle: calibration, repair, technology refresh, asset management, consulting, training, and product purchase alternatives. With service centers in over 30 countries, Keysight Global Services is a people intensive, local business.


This is a  hands-on Field Service Calibration Engineering role 
•             Responsible for leading the on-site calibration team activities such as coordination, implementation, and maintenance of Keysight Technologies and multi-vendor Test and Measurement equipment
•             Will work and adhere to quality standards for ISO 9001, ANSI/NCSL Z540-3, and ISO/IEC 17025  
•             Will be directly involved with calibration, adjustment, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of a variety of Keysight and multi-vendor equipment 
•             Must be able to work with minimal supervision and interface effectively with fellow team members, customers and management 
•             Adheres to the highest standards of business ethics
•             Use excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interface with customers and peers
•             Utilize strong computer skills including automated Calibration Systems 
•             Work on service assignments with clearly defined objectives
•             Perform manual and automated calibration, adjustments, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting of Test & Measurement electronic equipment, optical/telecom equipment and Physical and Dimensional Measurement equipment at our customer's sites or our Keysight service center
•             Assist in maintaining the Calibration team’s accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality measure assurance programs, and applicable training
•             Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure we capture and meet customer expectations
•             Position requires to work some overtime as required by customer’s demands  

Position will be based in Colorado Springs, CO. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. 

Job Qualifications

•             7-10 years of work experience in calibration of test measurement equipment 
•             Must have calibration service experience of all types of Keysight and Non-Keysight electronic and Physical and Dimensional Test Equipment
•             Must have RF/ Microwave skills to 50 GHz
•             Must be knowledgeable of current quality standards for ISO 9001, ANSI/NCSL Z540-3, and ISO/IEC 17025  
•             Proven customer support experience 
•             Strong abilities in use of technical manuals and maintains high workmanship standards and delivers on commitments.
•             Requires ability and desire to learn system/application software
•             Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively interface with customers and peers
•             Demonstrated initiative and drive to expand knowledge 
•             Must be flexible and capable to work in a changing priorities environment to meet strict performance metrics.
•             Must have computer troubleshooting skills & Windows operating system background.
•             Must have Valid driver’s license and good driving record
•             Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
•             Able and willing to work overtime as needed

Colorado pay range: MIN $ 87,840 REF PT 117,120  MAX $ 146,400


Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
