Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated customer success and user experience manager to help revolutionize and transform the employee experience for IT’s key digital engagement and optimization tools and applications. We are looking for innovators; professionals with an unrelenting belief in the power of user experience to transform businesses, and with the passion and commitment to help Keysight IT become recognized for elegant and productivity enhancing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•    Collaborate with IT team leads to support the adoption and advancement of engaging, user-friendly internal communication platforms, including digital tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Slack and others.
•    Deliver best-in-class user experiences in a fast-paced, agile environment
•    Fully understand and champion the needs of our users by spending time with Keysight engineers, managers, executives, and other internal stakeholders in Keysight internal collaboration channels in Teams, Slack, Yammer etc.
•    Work with other IT teams to manage user experience that enhances user’s productivity and assist with achieving the same look and feel across platforms.
•    Lead the development of internal communications content, channels and tools to support communications and new releases, including communications toolkits for managers and executives.
•    Quickly develop a deep understanding of the organization and provide communications support to an ongoing transformation as the organization responds to the COVID-19 pandemic triggered changes in working remote/from home collaboration culture.
•    Use data and analytics to measure and regularly report on the effectiveness of IT Communications and platforms.
 

Job Qualifications

•    You must be a team player and strong collaborator
•    Must have championed SalesForce.com adoption or Slack or Workday ... any major modern cloud platform with significant change management for the company
•    5+ years’ experience applying innovative solutions to design digital products addressing customer needs
•    A thorough understanding of user-centered design best practices, with excellent attention to detail and a strong creative eye
•    Excellent oral and written communication with strong presentation skills.
•    Exceptional ability to build empathy with the user base and place yourself in a "user-centric" view
•    Ability to work with cross-cultural, diverse and geographically disparate teams.
•    Ability to write compelling text about all aspects of organization’s work, including strong editing skills and ability to communicate key ideas in accessible and compelling style.
•    English fluency required.
•    Ability to capture, analyze and use data to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
•    Ability to work independently with minimum supervision to complete projects and meet deadlines.
•    Ability to manage and support the communication need of multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
•    Accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills.
•    Examples of prior work and/or accomplishments are required

***This position can be located anywhere in the US, preferably near a Keysight Office***
