The Customer Service Coordinator proactively manages relationships with customers and sales field engineers to deliver an excellent customer experience and build loyalty. They accomplish this by interfacing with customers and collaborating with internal teams in the end-to-end order process. Specific activities include generating quotes, booking and managing orders, answering phones, communicating effectively with customers and cross-functional teams, and processing returns, among others. The ideal will candidate shows ownership, clear communication, problem-solving, and follow-through in resolving issues.

 

  • Processes and manages quotes and orders and related activities, using good communication, initiative and organization.

  • Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures and best practices.

  • Solves a broad range of customer service problems varying in scope and complexity.

Job Qualifications
  • Typically minimum of 7-10 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • Proficiency with computers and common software applications.
  • Customer service experience, with experience in inside sales or account management strongly preferred.
  • Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional global teams.
  • Good business acumen with positive solutions-oriented approach and ability to build productive relationships.
  • Complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
  • Higher education or specialized training desirable.
