Job Description


This is a Support business focused intermediate-level BPA position at the Americas’ Customer Contact Center (CCC).  The position supports, and advocates for a variety of Business Center, ASO field, and customer stakeholders. Responsibilities include delivering effective business solutions, process design & management, and facilitating customer success through strong leadership competencies, business insights, and utilizing various methodologies such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to ensure long-term optimized results. 

This role also supports a significant amount of stakeholder success and end-to-end project coordination activities.  May involve championing aspects for a wide range of business and technical initiatives from project initiation through closeout phases.  Projectized responsibilities include, but are not limited to; facilitating project planning, analysis, issue resolution, stakeholder management, continual improvement, and maintaining the delivery of high-performance results. Also ensures effective communication & collaboration across teams, business functions, and stakeholder groups. Keeps management/stakeholders engaged and informed regarding project status, milestones, and impacts to the business and our customers. 

•    Provides Tier 1 support for Integrated Business Solutions
•    Solves a broad range of business, customer, and end-user problems varying in both scope and complexity
•    Applies business / industry knowledge and technical expertise to establish, maintain, and optimize various business processes and tools
•    Supports strategic business projects and IT initiatives requiring coordination with multiple functions, organizations, and channels
•    Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured initiatives, actionable plans, and end-use information resources
•    Champions user self-sufficiency through effective documentation, communication, training, consulting, stakeholder management and engagement activities
•    Designs, creates, updates, and publishes learning aids in multiple formats for both internal and external stakeholders
•    Reviews and maintains information available to frontline personnel and partners
•    Through consulting, recognizes opportunities to proactively translate emerging business needs and strategies into innovative solutions
•    Consults with management and users across multiple functions, and channels including face-to-face engagement; to ensure solutions are well integrated and delivering expected results
•    Collaborates with global counterparts on best practice strategies relating to applications, processes, policies, and project management activities
•    Proactively drives sharing of best practices for utilization of enterprise applications, business processes, and policies across America’s CCC

Job Qualifications



  • Advanced knowledge of associated Support business processes, enterprise applications, and boundary systems at Americas’ CCC is required
  • Previous experience with process management, project management, and continual improvement methodologies is highly desired
  • Ability to gather, understand, analyze and translate business and technical requirements into a user-friendly language with actionable plans
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills for a variety of local and global stakeholder audiences
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications
  • Delivering high-performance results in current position
  • A passion for learning and continuous improvement




This position is located onsite at Keysight’s Colorado Springs facility

Colorado Pay Range: $58,200 - $97,000
