Job Description

KeysightCare Technical support engineer works in a team environment to provide world-class support and services to our customers. You will work as a professional application engineer, to contribute to value creation, to drive customer satisfaction and to demonstrate high performance in your work.



Your responsibilities will include:

  1. As an expert of Keysight's Component Test products or solution, provides responsive and in-depth pre-sales and post-sales technical support including measurement, application, configuration etc.  作为是德科技器件测试产品或解决方案的技术专家,为客户提供及时深入的的测量、应用和配置等各方面的售前售后技术支持。
  2. Delivers technical expertise for solution implementation and start-up assistance to the customer based on Keysight Test and Measurement products and services. 基于是德科技的测试测量产品和服务,为顾客提供解决方案、启用协助等专业知识。
  3. Understands customer's problems and efficiently resolves the technical inquiry via remote channels like phone, email, portal etc. 能够充分理解顾客的技术问题,并能通过电话、渠道高效解决技术问题。
  4. Proactively works with R&D to provide customer insights and research on solution.  与研发团队合作,提供顾客反馈、研究解方案。
  5. Qualify and refer hardware, software and services sales opportunities to the right Sales teams. 将优质的硬件、软件和服务的销售机会转给销售团队。
  6. Contribute technical articles to the KeysightCare Knowledge Base.  KeysightCare知识库贡献技术文章
Job Qualifications
  1. Bachelors/Master/Dr. Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Typically, 8+ Year Experience in using Test & Measurement instrumentation for Component Test. e.g. Network Analyzer
  3. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people. And be able to discuss and explain complex issues remotely.
  4. Possess a customer-first mindset with the passion to serve customers.
  5. Be able to handle multi-task and work under pressure.
  6. Written and verbal proficiency in both English and Chinese.
