Job Description

Keysight Go-to-Market Strategy & Growth Leader
 
This leadership position would influence and drive the strategic go-to-market (GTM) direction and investments for Keysight’s Enterprise group. Responsibilities will include developing, communicating, and aligning, and executing the go-to-market strategy with the objective of market growth and awareness by leading the messaging, technical partners and channel partners.
Key responsibility and workflow will include:
•    Work with sales, corporate marketing and product management to capture and create value-based messaging, market analysis, competitive viewpoint sand ideal customer profiles, personas, and segmentation.
•    Continuously communicate and gain alignment of the above GTM Framework for each product or major product update with both sales and marketing.
•    Analyze leading and trailing indicators of each product line, including funnel dynamics, to make GTM adjustments that might include shifts in sales, marketing, or product.
•    Direct alignment with sales, including developing and presenting enablement materials, to hone messaging, customer advocacy to spread the word, and partner marketing to amplify the story.
•    Be both an internal and external advocate for each product  and customer vertical including presenting to analysts, media, customers, partners, and at industry events.
•    Lead quarterly reporting of Key Performance Indicators (such as MQL, SQL, funnel/pipeline/deal conversion rates, bookings, etc.) to Keysight NAS’ leadership as part of the company’s quarterly business review process.
•    Coordinate execution of GTM strategy across all marketing disciplines including messaging, awareness, website and social media, events, and product marketing.
Additional Responsibilities:
•    Work on key strategic projects for Keysight NAS; work cross functionally to structure problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses to turn data into meaningful insights, and drive solutions and actionable recommendations and results through a rigorous, data-driven process.
•    Independently identify data sources and conduct research (e.g. market, customer, competitive) to understand and draw insights from key industry and customer trends provide insight to the organization
•    Align cross-departmental and cross-functional resources in order to produce materials, generate demand, and enhance the product launch and GTM.
 

Job Qualifications

·         10+ years’ experience in Product Marketing or Go to Market development, program development and management.
·         7+ years of experience in a leadership role
·         Track record of developing strategy, and driving in geo execution with success
·         Experience with collaborating with technology partners, channel partners (disti, reseller, system integrator) and leading successful joint GTM programs
·         Worked successfully within a matrix management environment
·         Ability to interact and communicate with various levels in the organization from individual contributor to senior executives.
·         Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfort in business and technical discussions
·         Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions
·         Strong people development and influencing skills; able to build and drive extended and virtual teams
·         Strong team player who is also an independent thinker
·         Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision
·         Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment

 

Ideally the position will be based in Calabasas, CA, Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX, however we will consider other locations inlcuding remote anywhere in US, for qualified candidates. 

Job Function

Marketing

Colorado Pay Range: $128,520 - $214,910
 Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
