Job Description

Developing new businesses by expanding the existing customer base, finding new leads, closing deals, developing executive level leaderships and leading new product development initiatives for the Healthcare customer verticals in the data center and network monitoring and security space.

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers in the Healthcare space. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns, cold calls, sales campaigns, events and your own contacts. Relationships with system integrators and primes in this space is a must. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers.  You will play a pivotal role in gathering information and generating curiosity in Keysight’s data center and network monitoring and security products and services.  If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Key responsibility and workflow will include:

• Focus on an outstanding customer experience and become your customers’ trusted advisor.
• Own and develop the sales strategy and business plan.
• Work closely with the account teams, partners and customers to drive the strategy and delivery of new solutions, products and services.
• Plan and execute the sales strategy in order to meet the agreed milestones and timescales and to ensure that business targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Deliver accurate business metrics and pipeline development reports.
• Anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of proven business development or sales experience
  • Understanding of the data center and networking monitoring and security market and how a CISO operates. In addition, knowledge of IT architectures, data center operations and cloud services across a variety of technology segments, e.g. IT Operations Management, BI, Orchestration, Application Delivery Networking, Security etc.
