Hardware Specialist- Professional Services Engineer -6 months role

About the role:
• You will work with the latest Network Testing and Visibility tools and will gain knowledge in various platforms and technologies.
• You will work with a cross-functional team from Support and Services organization.
• You will be responsible for delivering pre-sales and post-sales activities for Professional Services projects. The position is on a 6-month contract.
The working schedule will be during regular week-days/normal business hours (Mon-Friday 10am-19pm)
Responsibilities:
• Create various network topologies and validate their functionality
• Prepare and configure Keysight Hardware and Software for Professional Services Projects
• Collaborate with each Keysight ProServices Engineer for setting up the logistics/testing equipment for various projects
• Collaborate with the logistics department for shipping Keysight equipment for Professional Services Projects
• Sanity check for Keysight equipment
• Lab administrator for building/maintaining Support and Services lab infrastructure
• Main administrator of Keysight Services and Support assets.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a computer science or engineering background
- Excellent communication skills – ability to write documents (lab design, sanity report etc)
- Organized person with strong attention for details
- Basic knowledge in IP networking (CCNA equivalent) and/or databases
- Troubleshooting skills
