Eggplant Software, now a Keysight Company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist in our Defense and Aerospace sector. You are a talented Account Manager with great energy, leadership, and initiative to maximize our renewal rate and net retention within your territory. You are high performing and demonstrate the ability to consistently secure renewal contracts and exceed quotas by ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new business amongst your existing customers. You are skilled at managing a renewals process and following a customer success plan from start to finish. You are process driven with the ability to listen and collaborate effectively.
 
About The Role:

 

Customer Success Specialist’s are responsible for maximizing renewal rate and net retention, ensuring customer value and satisfaction and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. You will be working within Eggplant’s Defense and Aerospace sector, so experience selling into or working within Federal, Defense, Military, or System Integrator organizations is key for this role.
 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

•       Manage an existing account base and close renewal contracts within your territory in Eggplant’s Defense and Aerospace sector
•       Pro-active regular customer check-ins to ensure they are happy and being successful
•       Act as the reliable single-point-of-contact for your customers
•       Prospect and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your assigned accounts
•       Leverage and follow existing Eggplant sales processes to ensure the successful closing of opportunities. This includes Salesforce updates, MEDDICCL, ClosePlan and VisualzeROI.
•       Constantly hit and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas
•       Keep detailed records of activities and ensure data cleanliness in Salesforce
•       High levels of professionalism and business and technical acumen

 

Job Qualifications

 

•       Experienced: 3+ years sales experience in managing renewal cycles and navigating sales processes. Salesforce or similar CRM user. Experience selling into or working within Defense, Aerospace, Military, or System Integrator organizations is required, either in a Civilian capacity or as a Veteran.
•       Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on being able to communicate with different stakeholders
•       Accountable: You will act as a main point of contact for your customers and will be responsible for following a process to ensure they are successful with Eggplant
•       Team player: You leverage the right resources at the right time and proactively engage management and other teams where necessary to ensure customer value and satisfaction amongst your account base
•       Results Driven Strong bias for action and will aggressively pursue opportunities and navigate external and internal obstacles to ensure you are a top performer within the role
•       Naturally curious: You ask the right questions and enjoy solving complex problems
•       Educated: Bachelor’s degree required
•       Process driven: Able to follow a cadence and execute against a plan whilst managing multiple accounts
•       Tech literate: Ability to easily understand new products and technology
