At Keysight's Automotive & Energy Solution unit, we have ~250 dedicated people who are addressing customer business problems in the Automotive and Energy industry segment by developing and designing solution offerings along a customer's set of requirements and product life cycle. Our products are typically used to develop and qualify products and services in R&D and manufacturing, which are commonly associated with the most advanced test challenges for automotive (connected car, autonomous driving, automotive electronics.,,,) and energy (optimized battery structures, inverters / converters, power semiconductor..) applications

As a Business Development Integrating Manager, you primarily focus on developing and setting winning end-to-end solution strategies and objectives for your business development team in order to best address key requirements and solution needs for Keysight's customers in the Automotive and Energy segment. Applying your managerial and project management skills along with your holistic understanding of our customer base and their processes, you and your team will pursue aggressively sales and growth goals in close cooperation with the local sales teams. As the key to growth is very often tightly linked with the highest level of customer satisfaction, you will act as primary interface for issue resolution management for a defined set of key customers. Finally, you will develop strategies on how to deploy market available solutions into the broader set of Keysight automotive and energy customers. 

Your main objectives can be described as followed:

- Set strategy and define objectives which support our aggressive sales and growth goals.
- Develop together with your team and the regional sales partners key customer engagements
- Act as primary escalation instance for solution development projects
- Communicate success stories and factors across the entire organization to ensure strong leverage of customer engagement success models.
- Coordinate with the local field management team plans, activities and objectives
- Funnel management and forecasting
- Engage in qualifying customer inquiries, manage and drive solution implementation decisions together with internal solution planners and lead issue resolution interactions
- Actively support our field force and channel partners in deal closing activities
- Support customer facing activities (trade-shows, seminars,..)

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Managerial experience in a sales and/or business development environment 
• Ability to manage and develop a highly talented and motivated team to the strongest T&M team in the automotive and energy customer segment. 
• Proven track record of results managing/driving customer projects to success
• Proven opportunity and funnel management skills with strong attitude to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales and growth goals. 
• Ability to transform complex customer needs and requirements into an end-to-end solution offering
• Proven project management and issue resolution skills
• A pro-active, customer-first and holistic solution-oriented mindset with positive and aggressive sales oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a multi-discipline, international, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
