TOF (Technical Order Fulfillment) Germany is part of the business organization located in Böblingen Germany. We design, sell and manufacture high speed digital and photonic stimulus response test equipment for the worldwide market.

The TOF core contribution is the development of manufacturing and test processes to successfully launch new products (NPI) together with the R&D (research & development) team. Your Tasks: You will assure the procurement and inventory management of high tech production and manufacturing materials, equipment and/or services in accordance with supply chain optimization and management objectives. You will be the 1st contact for all operational material related tasks and questions for specific product families either already released to production and for NPI products:

Support of NPI Projects

Forecast validation - purchasing of material - order tracking (send order confirmation & late delivery reminders)

Excess & Obsolescence Handling

Support Product Transfers to other Keysight factories

Escalation Handling

Contribute to Lean Processes and Drive Lean Projects, Process development

Setup of new parts and maintenance of supplier master data, Claim handling, Support Accounts Payables to solve invoice and payment issues

Job Qualifications

Commercial apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung, eg. Industriekauffrau / Industriekaufmann)

Preferably already with 5 years+ of work experience in Procurement (Planning experience is helpful)

Experience with Oracle is a big plus

Industrial Procurement and financial knowledge

Languages - fluent in German, proficient in English (both written and spoken, C1 minimum)

Self-Motivation, Coordination and strong teamwork skills - collaborates effectively within international and cross-functional teams

Think outside of the box and identify new opportunities
