This job will be part of the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, which provides test and measurement solutions across a broad set of electronic industrial end markets, focusing on high-growth applications in the automotive and energy industries, and measurement solutions for consumer electronics, education and manufacturing, as well as semiconductor parametric testing, nano-positioning metrology and material science. The group provides electronic design and test software, instruments, and systems used in the simulation, design, validation, manufacturing, installation and optimization of electronic equipment.

Job Description

Responsible for the development of business plans and strategic marketing programs to drive the Healthcare, Consumer and Industrial market segments' growth in Greater China. This role requires the ability to obtain industry and customer insights, identify trends and opportunities, develop impactful growth initiatives, and drive implementation of the strategic plan to increase Keysight market shares in the targeted segments. He/she will enable the sales by identifying business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

 

The ideal candidate should have a sound test and measurement background and exposure to customers-facing experiences, incoude both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Comfortable with Challenger Sales concept and responsible to develop solution positioning and value differentiation for the targeted segment. Work cross functional partnering with both internal and external stakeholders to drive business results.

 

This is a challenging but rewarding role where you will

  • Focus on industry and customer insights, and insights-to-opportunities conversions.
  • Be the industry thought leader and consultant to group and business level managers.
  • Develop growth strategy and initiatives to drive double digits growth in the industry segment.

Consolidate and manage the business performance reporting and dashboard of regional orders.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • Typically 8 to 10+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • Experience in sales, business development, marketing, and/or customer application development. 
  • Sound business judgment with intimate knowledge of customer organizations and markets are preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer product development lifecycle and/or software test automation is an added advantage.
  • Self-starter and effective facilitator who demonstrate ability to work across different functions and regions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, goal oriented, self-motivated, demonstrates sense of urgency and passion for the role.
