Job Description

The Marketing Web Technologist is part of Keysight’s Web Marketing team and is responsible for supporting front-end technology needs for and It’s important that the candidate be able to understand high level systemic project requirements and to quickly pick up use of various tools to check for changes in website user and performance behaviors. Candidate should have a natural curiosity for analytics data and be able to research questions on form submits, site performance, browser behavior and usage, and investigate conversion metrics for lead generation activities on the sites. 

Additionally, the candidate is responsible for learning, understanding, and cataloging content anomalies and rules for implementing content components via our content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager and Drupal). This cataloging of content scenarios will be used to formulate UAT test cases and to carry out testing on new functionality created by IT. 

Areas of Responsibility
•    Understand web marketing initiatives and participate in execution of project deliverables.
•    Responsible for tag management (validation, troubleshooting, tagging).
•    Conduct cross-browser testing as directed.
•    Monitor the health and metrics tied to operation of Keysight websites / check for changes in site behavior.
•    Conduct investigative research to identify anomalies in website metrics and communicate information to team leads or management.
•    Set up Analytics notifications and reports.  
•    UAT: 
           o    Ensure that web assignments and testing take place within agreed timeframes that meet project milestones.
           o    Work with web marketing team to document UAT test case scenarios. 
           o    Execute detailed UAT for new functionality and enhancement releases. Track/validate that all content variations are accounted for during UAT testing.
           o    Communicate UAT testing results and provide recommendations based on results to extended business and IT teams. 
•    Help implement, activate and configure display changes in Adobe Target for A/B tests
•    Conduct cross-browser testing as directed.

Job Qualifications

•    4+ years of experience with web and digital teams.
•    Extensive experience working on Web Content Management Systems. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus
•    Min 2-3 years of experience working with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Premium tools for reporting and data manipulation.
•    Experience configuring Adobe Launch or DTM tagging environments.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
•    Experience with writing test cases and performing UAT.
•    Passion for web marketing initiatives and curiosity to learn more about marketing systems, web analytics, and new technologies
•    Experience working with cross-functional teams in the High-Tech industry offshore.
•    Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment, multi-task and prioritize.
•    Must be innovative, motivated, organized and detail-oriented.
•    Must like process and be willing to enforce the use of process.
•    Self-driven, motivated and possess ability to take direction from all levels.
•    Exhibit a high level of individual initiative.
