POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an experienced Brand Marketing and Communications Director to drive and evolve Keysight’s $4.2B brand worldwide. You will be responsible for a team of brand and creative professionals to help Keysight solidify its reputation as the partner of choice to the world’s leading technical visionaries and innovators. This role is part of the dynamic Keysight Global Marketing organization, reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing.

 

You and your team will:
•    Evolve Keysight’s brand narrative, positioning, and key pillars in alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
•    Elevate the brand look and feel across all media and touchpoints to convey Keysight’s leadership and bold, modern persona.
•    Analyze brand performance, competitive brand presence, and best-in-class trends to create a 3-year roadmap for the brand’s evolution to greater innovation and differentiation. 
•    Develop insights on market trends, audiences, and emerging media opportunities to constantly push the envelope on brand impact and customer experience.  
•    Ideate and execute special brand programs and campaigns to increase impact, reputation, and awareness either with the internal team and/or with selected external agencies.
•    Manage brand studies, analyze data, and assess competitive brand presence on an ongoing basis to ensure a relevant, innovative, and differentiated approach. 
•    Communicate brand progress and proposed shifts to marketing executives.
•    Help portfolio leaders, field marketing leaders, and agencies understand how to deploy and optimize the brand for various tactics, channels (paid, earned, owned, and enabled), audiences, and regions
•    Measure success through brand awareness, brand sentiment and association, brand engagement, loyalty, advocacy, and consistency.
•    Manage a team of brand specialists and creatives, setting their objectives, providing relevant training, resources, and coaching, and driving them to continually improve their performance and results. 
 

Job Qualifications

This key role requires: 
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent plus 5-10+ years of direct demonstrated experience in B2B brand strategy and marketing, preferably in a high-tech field
•    Must have strong expertise in marketing campaign and content creation, advertising, and communications
•    Adept at Brand Strategy, brand positioning and brand performance
•    Able to analyze competitive and market trends, and build customer loyalty through brand impact and brand awareness
•    Proven experience driving innovation and transformational change
•    Previous people management, planning, and project management experience
•    Exceptional visual and written storytelling skills
•    Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and working knowledge of creative software tools
•    Budget/resource management
