Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Success team within Keysight at the forefront of Keysight’s software strategy. As a Solution Engineer at Keysight, you will be responsible for adoption, retention & expansion of Keysight software solutions at our major customers. You will work closely with the customer to build Design Flows and provide an integrated Customer Experience. Along with your technical expertise, you will know your customers world view and understand how to best partner for mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ambition to expand Keysight solutions within customers’ approved design flow(s).
  • Deliver value to our customers by enabling their success with Keysight software and solutions. (Deliver regular training events, webinars/seminars, etc.)
  • Deep product knowledge and can discuss technical details with customers. Can do extensive benchmarks or evaluations if needed.
  • Bring in extra help when needed.  Thrive in this world-class organization, which has a genuine culture of teamwork.
  • Prioritize ongoing design and technical activities at customer site. Articulate customer’s design flow, gaps and challenges. Hold regular office hours on-site to solve design issues.
  • Promote new products and features by holding events. Promote key Keysight EDA solutions (e.g. multi-technology modules, SERDES, Memory, 5G, RFMW, Phased Array, etc.) to customers.

Job Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
•    Excellent communication skills, and strong interaction skills with customers.
•    5+ years of experience in at least one related field (RF System, RFIC/MMIC/Module, High-Speed Digital, Applications Engineering, Technical Support, etc.)
•    Knowledge of fundamental concepts related to any or all of the following: Communication Systems design, Electronic System Level (ESL) design, RF/Microwave design (including Electromagnetics), Device Modeling, and High-Speed Digital (HSD) design.


•    Experience with any or all of the following: Project Management, Applications Engineering, Customer Success Management, or Sales.
•    Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
•    Expert-level knowledge of RF & Microwave design, Communication Systems design, Electronic System Level design and verification, and Device Modeling.
•    Knowledge of communication technologies such as 5G/6G, Wi-Fi, Radar/EW, Phased Array, etc. 
•    Expertise in Keysight EDA tools like ADS & SystemVue.  
•    Knowledge of other industry EDA tools such as Matlab/Simulink, Cadence, Ansys, etc.
