Barry Wu

University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign

Barry joined Agilent/Keysight in 2006. He is currently an R&D engineer in High Frequency Technology Center (HFTC), Keysight Laboratories, in Santa Rosa, California. His job responsibilities include new technology introduction, process integration, and molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), a crystal growth technique which deposits single crystal compound semiconductor layers on InP or GaAs substrates. The epitaxial wafers form the basis of the high-performance integrated circuits technology developed and fabricated in HFTC.

Barry was born in Taiwan and received his B.S and M.S. EE there before attending University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he earned a Ph.D. in electrical engineering. He enjoys photography, traveling, hiking, tennis, and binge-watching with family in his free time.

Nathan Weaver

Prairie View A&M University

Nathan is a field engineer working under Tom Dirienzo for the Midwest Region in Keysight’s America’s Sales Organization.  For the past 5 years, he’s been working in the Midwest Region in sales and his current territory responsibilities include Kentucky and Indiana selling Keysight’s hardware and software solutions. Nathan began his career in 2006 with Tektronix (a competitor to Keysight) as a field sales engineer responsible for test equipment sales in the Mid Atlantic (MD/VA/DE) area. In 2008, he earned the highest recognition in the Tektronix sales organization, Masters. 

Nathan holds a BSEET from Western Kentucky University. Additionally, he has obtained an MSEE from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Bellarmine University. He enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team and traveling.

Scott DeMange

Purdue University

Scott works in Keysight’s Aerospace and Defense Government Solutions (ADGS) group as a Business Development manager for commercial monolithic microwave circuits (MMICs). Scott has worked for Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, and Keysight for more than 16 years. Scott earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and his MBA from Sonoma State University. Jill Abrams

University of California Davis – Business Focus

Jill works in the Keysight Global Services Organization as a Web Program Project Manager and plays a critical role in ensuring our customer-facing website is a modern, efficient and effective tool for Keysight customers. Jill is a Virginia Tech and UC Davis Alumni having earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering and MBA in Marketing Management respectively. Jill currently lives in Davis with her husband and two sons and they enjoy travel, camping, golf, and pickleball!

Cameron Blatter

University of California Davis – Engineering Focus

Cameron is an R&D Electrical Engineer in Keysight Labs. Previously, Cameron worked at a small company developing cellular power amplifiers for base stations and telemetry systems. In 2005, Cameron joined Agilent in the Signal Sources division where he spent the next 9 years in production and R&D. With Keysight, Cameron has spent the last four years working on high fidelity phase noise and RF/mm-wave system and circuit design. Currently, Cameron is in Keysight's SubSystem Technology center.

Although Cameron was born in Washington State, he has spent most of his life in California. Cameron is a UC Davis alumni, having earned both his B.S. EE and M.S. EE as an Aggie. Outside of work, Cameron enjoys spending active time outdoors playing soccer, backpacking in the wilderness, and spending time with his three children.

Gita Oflaherty

University of California Berkeley

Gita is an R&D Manager in PSS (PathWave Software Solutions).  She joined Agilent/Keysight in 2011 as a R&D software engineer on product and solution development teams, ranging from PXIe Modular Product firmware/software development to the I2 IST solution development on the first cloud-based distributed test solutions. In 2019, she joined the 89600 VSA team as a software engineer, and in 2022 she transitioned her current role as R&D manager.  In her various roles at Keysight, Gita has enjoyed traveling within the US, as well as to China and Europe for product demos, key customer engagements, and software collaborations. 

On a personal note, Gita was born in Africa, grew up in India, and was educated in the US. She graduated with an EECS degree from UC Berkeley in 2001 and owned her own software company for 10 years, before joining Agilent/Keysight in 2011.  She lives with her husband in Petaluma, a location close to enjoying it all – snow, lake, ocean, redwoods, world cuisine, and San Francisco.  They have a daughter who is away at college.

Patrick Hamer

North Carolina A&T State University

Patrick works in Keysight Sales Enablement as the Solutions Engineering Training Day manager. Patrick has worked for Catapult, Ixia, and Keysight for more than 29 years. Patrick earned his B.S from NC Central University in Math. Patrick had driven a gas-guzzling Hummer for many years, but this year he has gone completely green with the addition of an all-electric vehicle.

Vandana Wylde

University of Colorado Boulder

Vandana graduated with her B.S in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She started her journey at Keysight as an ASIC Test Engineering Intern and has held a variety of roles supporting the high-frequency measurement instruments including the Signal Analyzer and FieldFox Handheld Network Analyzer. She is currently in product management, supporting the High-Speed Digital Simulation Software Products. Her journey has shown that the key component to an engineering career is to continuously learn, and be curious – it will take you in unexpected and fun directions!

She has recently moved back from Santa Rosa, CA – Keysight’s headquarters to live with her husband and golden retriever in Castle Rock, CO.  In her free time you can find her powerlifting at the gym, exploring new hiking trails, paddle boarding, yoga, and anything else with her dog and husband.

Jane Sabitsana-Nakao

University of California Los Angeles

Jane is a Territory Field Engineer working under Sarah Gilmore for the Southern California Region in America’s Sales Organization. For the past four years, Jane has been covering the territory from San Luis Obispo to the San Bernardino area, supporting Keysight’s classic hardware and software solutions. Jane started her career in test and measurement as Technical Support Engineer in the Philippines for Sparks Electronics and taught Circuit Analysis and Mathematics at Lyceum of the Philippines. When she migrated to the United States, she started her career as an Applications Engineer for Johanson Technology, supporting laser trimmable capacitors and cap arrays. She held several engineering positions at AML Communications and Amplica, Inc. until she landed a position as a Test Engineer at Skyworks Solutions. She worked her way to Senior Test Engineering Manager at Skyworks Solutions, in charge of high-volume test operations and solutions for RFICs.

Jane holds a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Biola University. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University. She enjoys food, travel, hiking, and mentoring through Big Brother and Big Sister, EF, and Compassion International.

Johnny Ward

Norfolk State University

Johnny manages the Planning and Order Management team supporting Santa Rosa (F01) and Colorado Springs (F48). Prior to this position, Johnny supported R&D and New Product Introduction in Colorado Springs as a Supply Chain Program Manager. Johnny has worked at Keysight now for just over three years. Before joining Keysight, Johnny served 20 years in the United States Army as a Logistics Officer and is recipient of the Bronze Star Medal. Johnny has a B.S. in Sociology from Virginia Tech, MBA from Webster University, M.S. in Project Management from Walden University, and is completing doctoral courses in Business Administration. Outside of the office, Johnny enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, movies, comedy shows, wine tasting, and volunteering. He currently is a regular volunteer with Ronald McDonald Charities of Southern Colorado where he enjoys performing guest services and keeping the house clean for its guests. Part of Johnny’s goals is to promote diversity and inclusion at Keysight and help others find opportunities with this company.

Tamu Walton

Morgan State University

Tamu is an Industrial Engineer in Keysight’s Technology Order Fulfillment Organization. She began her career with Agilent Technologies as a Supply Chain Analyst supporting the Microelectronics and Microwave Test Accessories production lines.  Within the first year of joining Agilent, she became an expert/superuser and was one of the leads on the implementation of a company-wide ERP system. During her time at Agilent/ Keysight, she has worked as a Supply Chain Analyst, Project/Program Manager, and Industrial Engineer. Key highlights include designing systems, new processes & tools, developing applications, leading LEAN, and as a lead engineer on strategic acquisitions, etc. And last but certainly not least, she is a proud Morgan State University Alum…go Bears!

OJ Danzy

Hampton University

O.J. Danzy is a district Solution Engineering Manager at Keysight Technologies on the east coast. O.J. manages a team of specialists for RF/uW technologies and products that assist Keysight customers in making informed purchase decisions, provides support, and develops solutions around Keysight products. O.J. also specializes in areas surrounding physical layer test, network analysis, test system design, and automation. He has focused on component measurements, radar, EW, fixture removal techniques, standards compliance measurement systems and techniques for multiport network analysis applications, and instrument automation using various languages.

O.J. received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University and a Master of Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. He has been with Agilent/Keysight since 2001 and enjoys traveling and spending time with family in his spare time.

Kim Brown

Northwestern University

Kim works in Keysight's Global Service Organization as an Asset Services Program Manager. Before the latest challenges in bringing new services to market, she followed the HP/Agilent/Keysight evolution working in field/event marketing, product marketing, solutions marketing, and ebusiness in Santa Rosa and Santa Clara, California, and East Tennessee. She has a BSEE from Northwestern University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Now living in East Tennessee, Kim spends her free time with her husband and three children.

Her Northwestern education set the foundation for an exciting career. Alongside her studies in Electrical Engineering, she co-oped with General Motors in Ohio and Michigan and explored other interests like art history and swimming. She finished college in England before moving back to the US to start a job in California. Travel became a theme for the next few years, with a five-year ex-pat assignment in England. Returning to the US brought a job change, an MBA, a family, and a new phase of work life. This phase culminated in a move to Tennessee and remote working, 15 years before it was a generally accepted practice. 

Mike Sun

University of Texas, Austin

Mike is Director of Engineering, QA at Keysight, working for the Ixia Network Visibility Solutions as part of the Communications Solutions Group. Before Ixia and Keysight Mike worked for Aerohive Networks, Spirent, Huawei, and Nortel Networks. Mike earned his Master of Computer Science from Texas A&M University, College Station. Mike decided not to cheer either UT or Texas A&M’s sports teams due to the historical rivalry between the two schools.

Maria Baig

New York University

Maria is a territory Account Manager at Keysight, working under Russell Constantine for the Mid Atlantic Region in Keysight’s America’s Sales Organization. Maria covers the New Jersey region, supporting Keysight’s classic hardware and software solutions throughout the state. Maria’s work largely focuses on aerospace defense customers and in particular RF/uW solutions. Maria is a proud NYU Alumni and earned her bachelor’s in science in Electrical Engineering from the Tandon School of Engineering. In her free time, Maria enjoys traveling, baking and spending time with friends and family.
