Ryan Smith

CU Boulder

Ryan is a CU Boulder Alumni who now works as an R&D Software Engineer at Keysight. At CU Boulder, Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering – Go Buffs! Today, Ryan works on projects in our Communications Solutions Group, specifically on High Performance Oscilloscope Software. Ryan also has past experience in R&D for the UXR Series Oscilloscope.

Scott DeMange

Purdue University

Scott works in Keysight Labs as the Commercial MMICs Sales & Marketing Manager. Scott has worked for Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, and Keysight for more than 12 years. Scott earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, and his MBA from Sonoma State University. Jill Abrams

UC Davis -- Business focus

Jill works in the Keysight Global Marketing organization as a Web Program Project Manager. Jill plays a critical role in ensuring our customer facing website is a modern, efficient and effective tool for Keysight customers. Jill is a Virginia Tech and UC Davis Alumni having earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering and MBA in Marketing Management respectively.

Xio Linares

UC Berkeley

Xio is a UC Berkeley Alum who works for Keysight as a Quantum Engineering Solutions Project Manager in our Communications Solutions Group. Xio earned bachelor’s degrees in Engineering and Materials Science Engineering and a PhD in Materials Science Engineering while at Berkeley – Go Bears!

Xio has played a key role in delivering quantum solutions to some of Keysight Technologies’ major customers, automating processes for PICO manufacturing and resolving major attenuator issues in order fulfilment quality. See Xio’s LinkedIn Profile.

Cameron Blatter

UC Davis -- Engineering focus

Cameron is a R&D Electrical Engineer in Keysight Labs. Previously, Cameron worked at a small company developing cellular power amplifier for base stations and telemetry systems. In 2005, Cameron joined Agilent in the Signal Sources division where he spent the next 9 years in production and R&D. With Keysight, Cameron has spent the last four years working on high fidelity phase noise and RF/mm-wave system and circuit design. Currently Cameron is in Keysight's SubSystem Technology center.

Although Cameron was born in Washington State, he has spent most of his life in California. Cameron is a UC Davis alumni, having earned both his B.S. EE and M.S. EE as an Aggie. Outside of work, Cameron enjoys spending active time outdoors playing soccer, backpacking in the wilderness and spending time with his three children.

Tom Dirienzo

University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana

Tom is a district sales manager for the Midwest Region of Keysight’s America’s Sales Organization. Tom manages a team of account managers selling Keysight’s electronic test and measurement hardware & software solutions through the 13 states in the Midwest. Tom began his career in 1982 with Hewlett-Packard as a field sales engineer responsible for test equipment sales in the Chicago area. In 1993, he earned the highest recognition in the HP sales organization, The President’s Club. Tom has held a number of sales, marketing and business development positions in his 36 year career at HP, Agilent, and Keysight.

Tom is a University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana Alumni, having earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He enjoys playing baseball in the 53+ MSBL, model railroading, photography, and video production. See Tom's LinkedIn Profile.

David Paul

University of Michigan

David manages Keysight Automotive Customer Center in Novi, MI.  He is responsible for Keysight’s growth in Automotive and Energy and for Keysight’s business in Michigan.  David is also responsible for the Americas Staffing Operations providing leadership related to talent acquisition, deployment, and retention.

Previously, David managed Keysight’s Americas Solution Partner Program where he was responsible for business strategy and growth with Keysight’s system integrators and value added resellers.  Prior to these roles, David managed the Outbound Sales Organization in the Technical Contact Center from 2005 to 2010.  Prior to joining the TCC, David was a District Sales Mgr. managing a variety of sales teams in specialized industries such as wireless and CATV. 

David worked closely with Michigan’s first Field Hockey Club, Pinnacle, providing high school student athletes an opportunity to pursue the sport at the college level.  He has participated in many volunteer roles related to United Way Allocations, Parks and Recreation, and career revitalization.  David is married.  He and his wife, Lynne, have 3 children, Adam, Megan, and Natalie, who is married to Michigan engineering and football alumnus, Michael Jocz.  See David’s LinkedIn Profile.

Jason Chase

Lehigh University

Jason is a Lehigh University Alumni who now works as a Field Engineer at Keysight working for the Northeast Sales Team selling Keysight test and measurement hardware solutions. He earned his BS in Electrical Engineering in 2017. After graduation, he started as a Staff Engineer supporting all of New England and New York. Today, he manages accounts across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Mike Sun

University of Texas, Austin

Mike is Director of Engineering, QA at Keysight, working for the Ixia Network Visibility Solutions as part of the Communications Solutions Group. Before Ixia and Keysight Mike worked for Aerohive Networks, Spirent, Huawei, and Nortel Networks. Mike earned his Master of Computer Science from Texas A&M University, College Station. Mike decided not to cheer either UT or Texas A&M’s sports teams due to the historical rivalry between the two schools.
